Vidor police department blue santa help us fill this thisVidor Police Department “Operation Blue Santa” is gearing up for Santa's arrival!

Applications have been taken.  Tags (as pictured above) will be at the below listed locations for citizens to be able to take one and buy a gift for a child.  On the back of the tag is the gift a child has told Santa they would like to get for Christmas.  Please help us fulfill the wish list for these children.

Capital One Bank ~ CVS Pharmacy ~ DuGood Federal Credit Union
First Financial Bank ~ MidSouth Bank ~ Subway (300 N. Main St.)

The gifts can be dropped back off at the location the Tag was picked up from or bring them to the Police Department.  Just be sure to attach the tag to the unwrapped gift so we can get it to the right family. Of course, any gift purchased is appreciated and can be dropped off at the locations below.

Toy distribution date is December 13, 2014, so if you get a tag please turn it in by Monday, December 8, 2014 so we will know what is left for Santa to do for the children.

Special Events that benefit Blue Santa:  

The family dollar strip center is having their annual Bolivar Street Bash on Saturday November 15, 2014.

Beall's department store will be holding their annual Christmas Sidewalk Bazar on December 5-6, 2014.
