Sanitation Billing Glitch

Due to a glitch within the technology of the bank, your accounts may reflect a credit of your bill amount paired with two debits of the same amount.

If you see two debits on your account, do not be alarmed; You are only being charged for your normal sanitation service amount.

This glitch is out of the City of Vidor's control. Please be patient as we sort through this with the appropriate entities.

Example:
+$19.50
-$19.50
-$19.50

Only your regular sanitation payment has truly been deducted.

We appreciate your patience.
