The Mission Statement for Code Enforcement is to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the City of Vidor, Texas.
The Code Enforcement Supervisor is responsible for the enforcement of city ordinances, serves as Flood Plain Administrator for the City of Vidor, serves as Building Official for inspections of framing, slabs, and mechanical for new and remodel construction in the City of Vidor; issues permits for various projects in the City of Vidor; issues burn permits to citizens of the City of Vidor and serves as Supervisor of Permit Office Secretary, City Custodian, and Contract Electrical Inspector and Plumbing Inspector.
